We offer optional event add-ons, including party tables and 40 matching chairs as a DIY add-on for $250, plus access to a designated 100 ft x 150 ft event parking area for $100 to help accommodate events of up to 60 guests. Booking Path & Event Approval

Overnight stays must be booked through Airbnb. Events are available for approved gatherings up to 60 guests (12 overnight max).

Events, parking, tables, and chairs require separate approval and are not automatically included with the overnight stay.

Note: Pets are not allowed in or around the pool area, and the yard is not fully fenced.

Guests may rent the party tables and 40 matching chairs as a DIY add-on. This option includes use of the tables and chairs only. Guests are responsible for setup, breakdown, and returning everything neatly after the event.

Event Parking Area Add-On — $100

A designated 100 ft x 150 ft event parking area may be available as an add-on for approved gatherings, designed to help accommodate events of up to 60 guests. This must be arranged in advance and is subject to approval and availability.

Decorator Setup Option — Inquire for Pricing

Guests may also inquire about having a decorator come in to help set up the tables, chairs, and event space. Pricing depends on the event size, setup needs, and decor requests.
